Kayakers Near Scioto Audubon
The surprise is that it was warm enough, in February, for kayakers to be on the river. It was nearly 80 degrees!
It was nearly 80 degrees on Friday, 24 February. In Ohio. Odd (and worrisome), yet glorious.

Naturally, with this being (Central) Ohio and all, it was 60 degrees during a winter festival in February. We still had fun, though. And it was nice not being bundled up.

Even though I’m a writer, I’m horrible at keeping a journal. I want to go back and edit my work, which defeats the purpose of keeping a diary. It doesn’t take long for my perfectionism to turn into frustration. I’m sure you can guess what always happens next.
This one line a day journal is perfect for me, though. It’s practical, low-pressure, and pretty. I call that a win!
