I think so, too. I am feeling…eh. Not too hot, but not horrible. It has been so (strangely) cold here, that I haven’t noticed a difference!

Ah, I did not realize Maugham died as recently as the 1960s. Not sure how that fact escaped me…
I’m with Noel Coward. I think I might start suggesting long walks to those who annoy me. It’ll be my own private little joke.

Noël was, I am sure, always prepared with such suggestions. I read a volume of his collected letters about a year ago. Love that man.
