No. There were two illustrators attached to Carmilla when it was first serialized, which is what this image is from. It is by David Henry Friston. The other illustrator was Michael Fitzgerald.
It’s an interesting book, though.

Ah…shows how much I know. Fell in love with Doré when I worked at a used book store. Now I see him everywhere….even where he isn’t, I guess…

I love Doré’s work, too. And, to be honest, if I hadn’t known who did this particular illustration and someone told me it was a Doré, I’d have believed it!
