[Book Nerd Links] Dangerdust: Literary Chalk Art, by Stealth

Each Week, Two Anonymous Students Sneak into a Classroom and Proceed to Blow Everyone’s Mind [courtesy viralnova]

An interesting story from my hometown. I love this duo’s use of literary quotes and themes. Be sure to follow the link at the bottom of the article to their Instagram page.

  1. Okay, so you just blew my mind this morning, maedez! I want them to design the covers of my books! Wow! I’d never be publicly minded enough to do something so inspirational. 🙂 It’s great that they’re not only inspiring their fellow students but the world. Just two people making a difference in life. Thanks for posting this.

  2. That is so cool. I love people who make this “disposable” kind of art (sandcastles, chalk on sidewalks, etc.). Don’t think I would be able to spend so much time and effort on something that won’t last very long. But hats off to those who can. Thx for sharing.

    • At least nowadays the Internet ensures that “disposable” art never truly goes away. I agree, though, it is an awful lot of time spent on something so fleeting, but their efforts certainly make the world a nicer place.
