When I’m not writing, I’m being serenaded by dead rock stars! Jealous much?

Elvis came back from the dead/out of hiding (depending on your viewpoint) and dedicated “Suspicious Minds” to me.

Everything about this photo is fabulous. Elvis, the workout art, the pink hue of the wall. I love it.

The art cracks me up every time I am there (which is frequently). It always puts a smile on my face!

Whenever I think of Elvis and art, I always imagine paint-by-number portraits on black velvet. It’s good to see the King also appreciates real art!

Yes, nothing beats paintings of dogs exercising! 🙂 Even Elvis approves.
When my childhood best friend’s older sister moved out of the family house for good (after college), they discovered a Velvet Elvis painting in her closet. Never quite figured that one out.

Such irony in the picture! The dog painting really gave me a good laugh. Where was this taken? 🙂 – Lena

There’s an Elvis shrine, too. Actually, all of the art there is interesting. It’s at our local branch of Chuy’s.
Thanks for stopping by!
