This. This is the reason for my fewer than normal posts. Once I have sorted through the mess, and am properly organized, things will not only be back to normal around here…they will be better. Guaranteed. Once the clutter has been vanquished, my mental processes will be freed up to focus on what I like (and do) best: write. No need to worry: until then, you can expect at least a post a day. I promise to miss you more than you miss me.
Seriously, this is so out of control (at least by my standards) that all of my writing projects are threatening to come to a full-on, nasty stop. Since I do this for a living, that is a pretty scary concept.

lolol this photo is great! I absolutely love it. Cracked me up. The dumbbells on the floor are a nice touch too. π Srs–those windows are TDF. Love them.

I did not dress this picture, either! Those dumbbells have been living by my desk for a few weeks as a reminder to get up and work out. I spend so much time in my studio that I often forget about life basics. I actually use them almost every day (along with other, more serious exercise equipment). But, yeah, they are definitely a juxtaposition. Our bedroom is on the other side of those windows, which really sold me on this flat!

It’s a really nice space. Every writer needs their own space! I usually keep my gym bag on a chair next to me. It starts really hounding me at about 6 p.m. I swear it can talk, lol. π

Thanks, I love it (normally). It is the main reason I was okay signing another lease for this flat! I tend to have tunnel vision when it comes to my writing/creativity, so I really need reminders that I can (literally) stumble over. π

Ha, hardly! It is going to take a good ten days, by my estimate. I am taking tomorrow off because it is my birthday, but I will be back at it full force on Wednesday!

I hope so. That’s the idea, anyway.
