Coincidentally, I just finished re-reading “All Quiet on the Western Front” a couple of weeks ago. I first read it as an older teenager and obviously didn’t get much out of it, because when I read it this time it was like reading a brand new novel.
Very good advice, in today’s quote.

I understand! It’s been one of my faves since I was a teen, although I get more out of it now than I did then. I still have the copy I first bought way back when, too. It’s seen better days.
I love this quote, and definitely think it can also apply to writing.
