It is rumored to be an albino, but it could just be a plain white squirrel. I’ve never been close enough to it to tell.

There are parts of the US where they are quite populous. Apparently the part of town I live in has many, although we’ve only recently started seeing them in our backyard.

England is covered in grey squirrel immigrants from the US, but I’ve never seen a white one.

White ones are a lot rarer, but are still quite plentiful in certain areas. Most are plain white squirrels, but some are Albinos.
