[Book Nerd Links] Literary Board Games

10 Literary Board Games for Book Nerds [courtesy of Flavorwire]

I’ve never really liked board games, but I’d be willing to give most of these a whirl*. A few even look a bit exciting. Which ones would you play?

*Especially with a drink in hand. Don’t judge me.

    • I was surprised to find myself liking this idea. Who knew I would ever want to play a board game? I’m with you on Life, and Monopoly, too. I swear that is one never-ending game.

  1. This is a great collection of board games! Sadly, the only people in my family who will play board games with me are my nieces, so I would be relegated to the Pride and Prejudice game. Because the object is the first one to become a bride. Sigh.

    • I am not into board games, never really was. But if I ever change my mind, I will play one of these.

Oh, hopefully your nieces will grow out of that soon! If this board game existed when I was a kid, I would have played it because it was Jane Austen-based. I was a book nerd even then. I had no interest in marriage or babies as a child. Thank goodness.
