In case you were wondering, I didn’t type that with a straight face.

Which of these cocktails would you drink? I’ll take a Bailey, please.

Absinthe, for sure. =)

I like absinthe, having first tried it shortly after the ban was lifted here. It’s dangerous stuff, though, if you aren’t careful. I could never drink it on a regular basis. 🙂

I’m with you on the Bailey. But the Hemingway Daiquiri sounds pretty good too. And I’m glad you didn’t type that subject line with a straight face. I don’t think I could have either.

I laughed as I typed it, actually. I agree that the Hemingway Daiquiri looks good, but rum really hates me!

I’m a fool for red wine, but if I had to choose, I’d be tempted by the Hemingway Special. As a matter of fact, I’m going to write his recipe down, might make for an interesting Thanksgiving!

Ha, yes! Interesting but fun. I agree that it looks really good but I cannot do rum. I love grapefruit, though, which is why I chose the Bailey.

Baileys will work with anything. So good! Now, back to my glass of red…

I’ll do it! At this point I’d better make it a half glass. Cheers!

Cheers! I’m drinking half a glass of wine right now, too. Didn’t plan on it, it just happened.

E. Henmiway Special is the one for me. I think I’ll try to order next time I’m at a pub.

That looks super tasty, doesn’t it? Rum hates me, or I would definitely make this. I can only have 1 rum-based drink and then nothing else or I am in big trouble. If you try it, let me know what you think!
