I’m sending my love to everyone working on Black Friday. I know that it is unpleasant, which is why I am not joining the ranks of bargain shoppers.

Insomnia sounds really frustrating… or does a person eventually resign themselves to it?

It is endlessly frustrating. I am reconciled to it at this point (I’ve had it since I was 16, so it’s been about 25 years), but I am not happy about it.
