I love the theater and the husband loves rock concerts but we have to keep the price of tickets in mind. I was intrigued by his thought that the great writers have a moral fire and have read that same argument elsewhere; including that great poems address moral issues. There is no question that if you want to know how to act morally or immorally, you go to the great writers to ask the question.
Haha! At least you have the theatre in common. My husband and I have probably 75% of our cultural tastes in common, and are willing to indulge each other in 24% of what we don’t.

This is all very, very true!
With you into the theatre and your husband into rock concerts, you must have some interesting nights out!

Well, we both go to the theater and if he wants to see ZZTop, he is on his own, which is what he did. I like rock, too but I am discriminating.
