I’d never heard of Overton Park, but after a quick online search, it looks like a remarkable area with a truly interesting history. This would be a good read.
I hadn’t heard of it until I started my book research a few years ago. J and her husband, R, created the Memphis Open Air Theater (MOAT) at Overton Park in the early 1930s. It still exists.
