When people ask me if I like to read I feel like I should always reply with, “No it’s not that I just like to read, I’m a reader,” as if it’s a specific personality type. Which it is! That mug is great. When I was a student, I was lucky enough to see a great exhibit with his original artwork over the years. You are so adding to my procrastination today.

I remember in the exhibit, the additional information said he was not a fan of children even though he created so many works for them.
I think I’ve read about other writers for children who actually are not fond of them. Such a weird quirk.

I’ve read that, too. It takes a special skill set to create such fabulous things for an audience you are not crazy about. I am also not a fan of children, and cannot imagine writing books for them. I don’t think I could disguise my utter lack of interest.
